Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dog Kennel Simulator ("the App", "we", "us") — a mobile game published by an individual developer based in Ukraine — collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App, and explains your privacy rights.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Summary

2. Information Collected Automatically

2.1 Advertising partners

The App uses the Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) mediation platform to show optional, reward-based video advertisements. Ads may be served by the following advertising partners, each of which may collect and process data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy:

PartnerPrivacy policy
Unity LevelPlay / ironSource (Unity Technologies) unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google AdMob (Google LLC) policies.google.com/privacy · How Google uses data in AdMob
Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.) facebook.com/privacy/policy
AppLovin (AppLovin Corporation) applovin.com/privacy
Amazon Publisher Services (Amazon.com, Inc.) aps.amazon.com/aps/privacy-policy

Data these partners may collect from your device includes:

This data is used to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Depending on your consent choice (see Section 4), ads may be personalized or non-personalized; non-personalized ads still use limited device data for delivery, frequency capping, and fraud prevention.

2.2 In-app purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (virtual currency packs) processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Google processes your payment under its own privacy policy. We receive only anonymized transaction confirmations (product identifier and transaction ID) needed to deliver your purchase inside the game. We never receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or other payment credentials.

2.3 Gameplay analytics

The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played in aggregate — for example, how many players finish the tutorial, which in-game actions are common, and where players stop playing. This helps us decide what to fix and what to build next.

The analytics events we send describe game state only: in-game day count, kennel level, number of dogs owned, in-game currency amounts, which tutorial step was completed, which in-game purchases and rewarded ads were used, and similar gameplay milestones. We do not attach your name, email address, or any other identifier that we could use to contact you. Firebase additionally assigns a random, resettable app instance identifier and records standard device information (model, operating system version, language, country) so that events can be grouped into sessions.

Analytics collection is disabled until you respond to the consent prompt shown on first launch. If you decline, analytics collection remains switched off. See Section 4.

Firebase is operated by Google LLC — firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

2.4 Crash reports and diagnostics

The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect automatic reports when the game crashes or becomes unresponsive. A report contains the crash stack trace, device model, operating system version, and a small amount of game state recorded to help reproduce the problem (kennel level, in-game day count, number of dogs owned). Basic crash and performance data may also be collected by Google Play services and the Unity engine.

Crash reports contain no personal information and are used solely to identify and fix technical faults.

2.5 Game progress

Your game save (kennel, dogs, in-game currency, settings) is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to us. If you uninstall the App or change devices, your local progress may be lost.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

4. Your Choices and Consent

5. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we and our partners rely on the following legal bases: your consent (personalized advertising and gameplay analytics), legitimate interests (non-personalized ad delivery, fraud prevention, crash diagnostics, securing and improving the App), and performance of a contract (delivering in-app purchases you request).

6. Data Retention

We do not maintain servers and therefore do not store your personal data ourselves. Data collected by our advertising, analytics, and platform partners is retained according to their own retention policies (see the links in Sections 2.1 and 2.3). Analytics event data held in Firebase is retained for up to 14 months. Local game data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because the personal data described above is collected by our advertising, analytics, and platform partners rather than stored by us, the fastest way to exercise these rights is usually directly with the relevant partner via the links in Sections 2.1 and 2.3. You can also contact us (Section 12) and we will forward your request to the relevant partners and assist where we can.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.

9. International Data Transfers

Our advertising, analytics, and platform partners may process data on servers located outside your country, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, these partners state that they use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers — see their privacy policies linked in Sections 2.1 and 2.3.

10. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency), or where disclosure is necessary in good faith to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the App, or protect the personal safety of users or the public. As we do not store your personal data ourselves, any such disclosure would in practice be limited to information available to us at that time (such as support correspondence you have sent us).

11. Security

Data exchanged between the App and our partners' services is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data processed by our partners.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (for example, when we add new features or partners). The updated version will be posted at this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be announced inside the App.
